Aloha all Facebookers. I hope everyone is having a great summer. Well, the only BIG thing happening here is the beach. It's super long and wide with a nice build up on the point. With another month or so of small surf it will only get larger. Three years ago today Ke Iki Beach Bungalows lost a great man in owner Bill Talbott. He was a wonderful caring person who loved this place and his family. He is missed daily and I feel his presence here all the time. We have openings spread out thru the year and into 2018. Give a call if you can make it over. Mahalo, Greg ...

Aloha everyone...Fingers crossed the Quiksilver Big Wave Surfing Contest has the "Green Light" for a Thursday morning start but they won't make the call till first light. We dodged a bullet yesterday the 22nd as the surf was in the 35-55 ft faces all day long. The waves surged up the stairs numerous times and swept a few chairs away and my bamboo palapa hut..I'll wait till late March to rebuild them. We have guests from Australia, Germany, Brazil, New York, California, Michigan and Nevada. Hope all is well wherever you all are and your planning your next visit soon...Mahalo, Greg ...
